Hello from the SmartCat’s Delivery Management team! We are looking for an additional team member. 

We work with our engineers to deliver successful software solutions that bring value to our clients and partners and positively impact their business. We are eager about our work and aim to improve as a team and as individuals.

These things would make you a suitable candidate for our team:

  • 3+ years of Delivery/Project management experience in the software development industry
  • Kanban/Scrum framework understanding and experience
  • Knowledge of a project management methodology (PRINCE2/PMI)
  • Understanding/knowledge of project controlling, risk management, and project reporting
  • Software development life cycle understanding
  • Exceptional experience with direct communication with stakeholders 
  • Experience with project estimating and planning (requirements gathering/scoping, defining project roadmap – milestoning)
  • Plus is being familiar with scoping workshops like User Story Mapping 
  • Plus if you have data, AI, ML domain understanding/knowledge
  • Plus if you have Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, and similar)
  • Excel / Google Sheets skilled user
  • Organizational skills
  • Facilitation skills (including experience with Scrum ceremonies facilitation)
  • Attention to detail
  • English language proficiency
