A mobile learning platform
As an online learning platform that provides short courses you can read on your mobile phone, the company’s ultimate goal was to sell as many of its premium courses.
The firm we worked with was highly data-driven and even though not a lot of data was available on hand, there was a lot of potentials to work around it and make analytics actionable and available to everyone in the company so they can make data-driven decisions/improvements with higher certainty.
What we did was develop a highly advanced analytics algorithm that will help firstly segment the users appropriately which enabled the marketing team to target each segment differently and this lead to more personalized and effective business actions. Moreover, by predicting the user’s behavior this solution enables the client to see which users are most likely to pay for the premium course so they can pay special attention to them, which will ultimately increase the probability of users becoming paid users.
More users mean more monthly revenue.
