It’s no coincidence we also partnered with MoKids 2025, a summer educational camp for children that teaches sustainability, craftsmanship, and community values, the same ones we nurture at work.
By supporting initiatives like MoKids, we’re not just backing healthier futures for kids, we’re reinforcing what we believe makes better adults: curiosity, responsibility, and balance.
Burnout isn’t just a personal issue, it’s an organizational responsibility. And solving it takes more than offering gym memberships or beanbags.
