Custom SaaS Platform for Digital Content Management and Site Building
Problem
The client was a user of the Oracle Content Management Cloud (OCM) system, which will be deprecated by the end of 2025. The main challenge was the lack of similar solutions on the market that offer key functionalities of OCM at a reasonable cost. Additionally, the client required a platform capable of migrating a vast amount of data while expanding functionalities, including potential e-commerce integration.
Solution
SmartCat developed the “Content Lion” platform to replace OCM, delivering:
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) for organizing and managing content.
- Collaborative document management.
- No-code site-building tools integrated with DAM.
- APIs and SDKs for integration and extensibility.
